The City of Ferris has resources available to assist you in expanding or locating your qualified business here. In accordance with state statute a Performance Agreement is required to be met when applying for Economic Development Incentives.
Loans: Loans are available assist in financing. Rates as low as 2.50% are available.
Grants: Grants are forgivable incentives based on job creation and community betterment. Forgivable grants can be in the form of land conveyance or monetary assistance.
Tax Incentives: Incentives such as Tax Abatement, Sales Tax Rebates, and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) are available to qualifying businesses seeking to locate to the City of Ferris.
