ESD Election Notice
Notice is hereby given that Ellis County Emergency Services District No. 5 (the “District”) will hold an election within the District on November 7, 2017, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of adopting a local sales and use tax in the District at the rate not to exceed two percent (2%) in any location in the District.

Early voting will begin on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, and end on Friday, November 3, 2017. Early voting will be on weekdays and on Saturday, October 28. The Clerk for Early Voting is Jana Onyon, Ellis County Elections Administrator.
