New Things Are Coming to Ferris

City Hall is full of plans! City staff and developers have been working together for months to put together some exciting projects. The old nursing home on E. 5th Street will begin the demolition process on May 13th, and will be redeveloped into a mixed use development with homes and retail. A shopping center on I-45 that includes residential and office uses is coming before the council next month. Other projects are also in the works, so be on the lookout! And, YES, that picture really is of development plans in Ferris City Hall!
