Storm Damage Fees Implemented

Due to a lot of fences down, we are waiving the fee for fence permit for 30 days.

All other permits such as a roofing permit and any damage to structures that need to be fixed will need to pull a permit by a registered contractor.

Dump passes- we will be granting 2 dump passes up until 10/31/2019 for those who do not want to stack storm debris on the sidewalk. They will only take storm debris not anything else.

We have a handful of roofing contractors that are registered with the City of Ferris. Please advise the citizens that all contractors do need to be registered with the city and I do issue a registration certificate if they don’t have it with them they can call me to see if they are registered.
